As a vegan mom to three kids, I do a lot of cooking. I believe we need to eat to live and not the other way around. Don’t get me wrong, I love food! But I love being healthy and fit even more.I want to show that healthy cooking and VEGAN cooking (yes I know the word is scary to some!) can be absolutely delicious. People LOVE my food and are always asking me for recipes.  I’ve even been asked to start a catering service- but until my kids are older (and my kitchen remodeled) that isn’t happening! For now I want to share my love of healthy vegan cooking and my passion for fitness! Enjoy 😉
